Scott Vadala is the CEO and Founder of VAMO Pipe, LLC. Mr. Vadala has over 15+ years of experience in the PVF market with a heavy focus on the midstream and pipeline sectors. He has transacted over $300M worth of pipe and cultivating relationships is his expertise.
Prior to starting VAMO Pipe, Mr. Vadala was a Regional Sales Manager for Mammoth Carbon Products, LLC from 2017-2023. From 2014-2017, Mr. Vadala served as Business Development Manager at Bredero Shaw/Shawcor, LLC working with end users and distribution, marketing anti-corrosion pipe coating. Mr. Vadala began his career in the PVF industry at Piping and Equipment, then Beta International from 2009-2014. He holds a Business Degree from Southern Methodist University and Master of Science in Human Resources and Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.
Scott Vadala is on the board of Gulf Coast Oilmans (Benefitting Shriners Children Texas) and a member of GPA Midstream and Houston Pipeliners Association.

Laura Bumgarner serves as Chief Financial Officer overseeing the company’s financial strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, and she is a trusted advisor.
Ms. Bumgarner previously served as Director for Sirius Solutions from 2018 to 2019. She also served as Director for Wells Fargo in its large corporate energy group from 2011 to 2018. While at Wells Fargo, she focused on negotiating and structuring multi-million dollar debt underwritings and corporate financing advisory assignment for large public companies. Ms. Bumgarner also served as Vice President for JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2005 to 2010 and Assistant Vice President for Wells Fargo in its upstream oil and gas group from 2002 to 2005. Ms. Bumgarner began her career as an investment banker at Bank of America serving in its energy group from 1999 to 2002. She holds a BBA in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Chance Mock is a founder and serves as Chief Marketing Officer for VAMO Pipe, LLC and is responsible for deploying VAMO’s marketing strategies to enhance our presence in the Line Pipe Industry. Mr. Mock is a versatile professional and a seasoned entrepreneur. He has a proven ability to develop effective campaigns and strategies.
His dedicated involvement in his community has included serving as Senior Director for MUD Board 138; Founding Member–Tee It Up for Cole P Golf Tournament; as well as Founding Member–Four Points Pop Warner Youth Football Program.
Mr. Mock also played Quarterback at the University of Texas and had an impressive career culminating in Texas’ first Rose Bowl appearance and win in 2005. Mr. Mock is also known for his On-Air Personality and is a Podcaster.
